About T.E.A.M. Safety Training
Greg Strudwick & Associates is a safety consulting firm that devotes itself to safety awareness in private industry and municipal construction. GS&A was founded by Gregory T. Strudwick and represents 35 years of construction experience. Safety consulting began in 1991 during his active contracting career, making the change in 1998 from an active contracting business to a professional coaching and consulting firm, promoting safety on a national level with a T.E.A.M. concept. Training, Education, Attitude, and Management involvement has become the catalyst for many companies and organizations that have made a commitment to elevate their safety culture. GS&A has been instrumental in helping those companies achieve their goals.

Gregory T. Strudwick has been actively involved promoting safety since 1972. He became a certified N.U.C.A. instructor in July 1991. In October 1991, he completed the O.S.H.A. 500 course, the basic instructor course in occupational safety and health standards in the construction industry. Since 1991, Greg has completed the O.S.H.A. 502 course, three consecutive times, and maintained certification to teach the 10 Hour and 30 Hour O.S.H.A. programs. Greg has also been certified by O.S.H.A. to teach the O.S.H.A. 302 course on Underground Construction and Tunneling.

Currently, Greg promotes safety standards through his active membership in multiple national organizations; The National Utility Contractors Association (N.U.C.A.), the Associated General Contractors Association (AGC), and the International Association of Foundation Drillers. Greg has focused his efforts on promoting a cultural change in the overall construction industry. “In order to create a solid safety culture, management has to be actively involved in promoting safety throughout the company on a consistent basis.” Greg has served the construction industry in multiple capacities throughout his career as owner, president, executive vice-president over field operations, estimator, heavy equipment operator, pipelayer, and laborer. Greg served on the Advisory Committee on Construction, Safety and Health (ACCSH) from 2002-2007.
